After selling a successful local business I co-founded and managed for over 30 years in 2022 I suddenly found myself without a demanding schedule and lots of free time on my hands.
Now while I certainly appreciate being in this position after such a long time - (all that hard work paying off and all that) I really miss the buzz and challenges that came with the job. I guess my entrepreneurial spirit isn’t ready to retire after all.
More importantly, I believe knowledge should be shared.
That’s why my goal now is to share what I’ve learned over the years to help and support fellow small business owners and managers so that you can avoid some of the mistakes I made and instead work on things that make a difference.
I've been there where you are - overwhelmed, stressed out and working long hours for many years until I discovered it didn’t need to be that way.
All you really need to do is master some critical skills, principles and mindsets and let your systems do the heavy lifting for you.

It’s important to always do what you promise. I hold myself to high standards and encourage you to do the same. There are no quick fix promises or “our way or the highway” thinking. We know growth is a journey and we provide the roadmap so you can take the wheel.To hit your goals though, you must be willing to do the work.
Support
The position of manager can be lonely and there’s often little support for them to find the help they really need. My goal is to give them a reliable place to seek advice, celebrate wins, vent and share. A place for like minded people to learn from each other.
